2.1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the custom nature of our Print on Demand (POD) products, returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The product is defective.
  • The product is incorrect (e.g., wrong size, color, or design).

2.2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.

2.3. Return Timeframe

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return.
