We currently ship our products to addresses worldwide. Please note that there may be some restrictions based on your location, and we may not be able to deliver to certain areas.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (Domestic): 2-3 business days
  • International Shipping: 10-20 business days

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that high demand periods may cause delays in processing times.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will contain your tracking number(s). You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number through our carrier’s website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

BlackPrints is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

BlackPrints is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost or Stolen Packages

BlackPrints is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, BlackPrints will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If you provide an incorrect shipping address, and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend the package to the correct address.
